Scope

These terms apply to ideaworx.co and to the Control Station at station.ideaworx.co, both operated by Ideaworx. By using either you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them.

The website

ideaworx.co is for information about Ideaworx. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, and nothing on it is investment, legal, or tax advice. Any investment discussion happens only through separate, signed documents with qualified parties.

You may not scrape, copy, or republish the site's content or imagery without written permission, or use the site in a way that interferes with its operation.

The Control Station

The Control Station is a private tool for Ideaworx operators. Access is by invitation, tied to a named account. If you have been given access you agree to keep your credentials private, to use it only for Ideaworx business, and to connect only mailboxes and accounts you are authorised to connect. We may suspend or remove access at any time.

Connected accounts

When you connect a Google mailbox or other third-party account, that provider's terms also apply. You are responsible for having the right to connect it. Our handling of the data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of these services at any time. We aim for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

No warranty

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideaworx and its members, managers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact
